Why is the ISVapp account detail component not loading?

Depending on your browser, you might have run into one of the following issues:

  • the ISVapp account detail page stays blank or does not load any content

  • the ISVapp account detail page shows an error similar to "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."

Issues like these can occur if your system administrators have setup a strict Content Security Policy (CSP) for your Salesforce organization.

To resolve these issues, please contact your system administrators and ask them to create a Trusted URL for ISVapp by following the steps below.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that it can take up to one hour until Salesforce applies a newly created Trusted URL configuration.

  1. Go to "Setup - Trusted URLs" and click "New Trusted URL" on the top of the list

  2. Choose a suitable API name and set the URL field to: https://integration.isvapp.com

  3. Set the remaining options as in the screenshot below and save the Trusted URL
